More and more today, people are thinking about buying good-for-you products - food without perservatives, food that is organic.

Hain Celestial has been in the happy position of capitalizing on that. Last week, the company announced sales of $238 million for the quarter ending March 31, a 21 percent increase over the same period the year before, with a 37 percent increase in net income, to $12.4 million.
